In a bid to improve the capacity and performance, AUDA/NEPAD Nigeria has taken steps to organizes training on Public Service Rules (Revised Edition) and Retirement Perspectives and planning for it staff.
This was disclosed by The Legit News during the training session for the Agency’s Staff on a One-Day capacity building, today Thursday 31st October, 2024 at the office Headquarter.
The Acting National Coordinator/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Africa Union Development Agency/ New Partnership for Africa’s Development (AUDA/NEPAD) Nigeria, Barrister Baba Saidu, uses this medium to reassures his readiness to continue to build the skills and knowledge of the agency’s staff.

Saidu said that this annual training for staff is meant to improve service delivery that is geared towards the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.
He further added that this one day capacity building and empowerment training for staff is a gateway to effectively deliver the agency’s mandate successfully.
“I am determined to achieve success and progress during my tenure as the acting CEO/NC AUDA/NEPAD Nigeria by providing skillful and proficient trainings for developing staff deliveries” He Opined.
At the training session, the resource person who delivered papers on the Public Service Rules (Revised Edition) and Retirement Perspectives and planning, Mr Adekule Oni, encouraged staff to be stead fast in their calls of duties to improve on their capacities.
