- Rates are calculated in Naira but can be converted to US Dollars.
- Adverts should be pre-paid before publication.
- Special sizes and locations are available on request
- Advert rates are subject to periodic review
- For all general adverts that contain fraudulent, Deceptive or Misleading Statements or Illustrations will not be published.
- Advertisements that are overly competitive or that refer abusively to the goods or services of other will not be published.
- Offensive to Good Taste – Indecent, Vulgar, suggestive or other adverts that, in the opinion of THE LEGIT NEWS on the web, may be offensive to good taste.
- Discrimination: Adverts that fail to comply with the express requirements of federal and state laws will not be published.
- Investment Adverts that do not comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations will not be published.
- Political Adverts that do not identify the paid sponsor in every frame of the ad will not be accepted.
AVAILABILITY AND RECOMMENDED PLACEMENT
