In today’s fast-changing world, where organizations are faced with unprecedented challenges, the importance of capacity development cannot be emphasized enough, hence the Acting National Coordinator/Chief Executive Secretary (NC/CEO), Africa Union Development Agency/New Partnership for Africa’s Development (AUDA/NEPAD) Nigeria, Barr. Baba Saidu Esq, has taken steps to improve the working standard of the agency’s staff.
This was disclosed when the Acting NC/CEO, AUDA/NEPAD Nigeria holds various meetings with all the Heads of Departments and Units, today 20th November, 2024 at the Agency’s Headquarters.
Barr. Baba Saidu, noted the challenges of lack of working materials, poor conducive environments that could hinder staff in performing their duties daily.
“The Agency’s capacity is in the ability to use resources effectively and efficiently to adapt, develop and to consistently achieve its set goals”. He Stressed.
Barrister Saidu Esq, emphasized his commitments to look into these challenges faced by staff and promised to provide the necessary working materials for a better work flow.
To cap up the meeting, the management staff uses this medium to appreciate the Acting NC/CEO AUDA/NEPAD Nigeria for his solidarity and commitments to ensure the agency deliver its required mandate.
In conclusion, the following Departments and Units were in attendance: African Peer Review Mechanism Department (APRM), Media Unit, Protocol Unit and Legal Unit.
